It's ****crucial to run deliverability tests with the specific providers you frequently send emails to. Different email providers have unique filtering systems and criteria for determining which emails reach the inbox. By testing with the providers that are most relevant to your audience, you can identify and address potential deliverability issues specific to those platforms, ensuring your emails effectively reach your intended recipients.

Deliverability Score (ISP score)

You can see the score based on your last test. The higher the score, the more likely your emails will be delivered to the inbox.

Credits

Each subscription includes at least one available test per month, depending on the plan. ****Credits for all of your mailboxes are shared.

Understanding the Results

We will show you where the emails landed in three different statuses for each provider:

Inbox: Your message landed in the inbox; everything is okay.

Spam: The message landed in the spam folder.

Unreceived: There was a problem with sending the email or detecting the results.

Promotions: Your message landed in the inbox as well, we just specify the folder, and everything is okay.

When reviewing your test results, focus first on the providers most relevant to your outreach. For instance, if you're primarily sending to B2C, the reputation with B2B providers may be less critical, and vice versa. Keep this in mind, as results take time and can vary between providers—some improve faster, others slower. Focusing on the providers that matter most to you will help guide your decisions on when to start campaigns, etc.
